Freedom Independent Sales
For commercial HVAC & mechanical service contractors

Commercial service only. Your quotes and agreements, followed through.

Picture budget season: every open replacement quote gets its follow-up in the month the customer plans spending, tech recommendations that never got priced are in front of your office, and agreements up for renewal already have a call on the calendar.

01

What do you do with my quotes and agreements?

We follow through on open repair and replacement quotes, timed to each customer's budget cycle, put tech recommendations that never got priced in front of your office, and reach back out on agreements that lapsed. Renewal reminders on active agreements are rolling out.

02

Is this residential marketing?

No. Commercial service only. No ads to homeowners and no residential lead lists. We work with the facility and property managers you already serve, and later with companies that look like them.

03

Does it work with ServiceTitan, BuildOps or my field service software?

We start with an export from your field service software: open quotes, recommendations, agreements and customers. We don't claim a native integration. On the review we'll say plainly what stays an export for your setup.

Where it leaks

Four places service revenue waits

Between the tech's recommendation, the office quote and the customer's budget, things wait. None of it shows as a loss.

LEAK · 01

Replacement quotes waiting on a budget

"They're waiting on budget."

Why your software doesn't show itThe quote stays open indefinitely, and nobody tracks when each customer's capital budget locks. A missed cycle can mean a year's wait.
LEAK · 02

Tech recommendations never priced

"It's in the work order notes."

Why your software doesn't show itA recommendation in the notes has no dollar value until someone prices it, so no report counts the unpriced ones.
LEAK · 03

Agreements that lapse

"They didn't renew. Probably price."

Why your software doesn't show itAn expired agreement drops off the schedule instead of appearing as a loss.
LEAK · 04

Slow reply to new requests

"We call everyone back."

Why your software doesn't show itWeb and email requests land in a shared inbox, and response time isn't measured.
Check it yourself

Under 30 minutes, from your own records

Four checks from your field service software. No call, nothing to send us.

The full 6-point self-audit →

  1. Replacement quotes open more than 60 days: count, value, and whether the customer's budget date is known.
  2. PM visits in the last 90 days with a written recommendation vs. quotes created for those sites.
  3. Agreements expired in the last 24 months with no renewal: total annual value.
  4. Submit your own web service-request form at 6pm on a weekday, and time the reply.

Write the number next to each. If two or more surprise you, bring them to the review.
