Freedom Independent Sales
For fire & life-safety contractors · sprinkler, alarm, extinguisher

Every deficiency your inspectors write up deserves a quote, and a follow-up.

Picture the week after inspections: every deficiency has a repair quote, every quote has its follow-up out under your company name, and your office is scheduling approved repairs instead of chasing answers.

01

What happens to my deficiency reports?

Every deficiency goes onto a pricing list for your office, and every repair quote gets followed until the customer approves or declines, from your company name, on your schedule. Your team prices the work and talks to the property manager.

02

Does this touch my inspection software or the AHJ portal?

We start from an export of your inspection and quote data. Freedom files nothing with the AHJ and changes nothing in your inspection software. Your reports and filings stay yours to run.

03

Will this create work my techs can't cover?

It can, so we sort repair quotes by margin and by your schedule and follow the ones you want first. We can't add technicians and we don't promise capacity. When crews are booked, follow-up volume turns down.

Where it leaks

Four places repair revenue slips

Your inspectors find the work. The leak is in the handoff after the report, where no report looks.

LEAK · 01

Deficiencies never quoted

"The office gets to them when it can."

Why your reports don't show itA deficiency has no dollar value until someone prices it. No pipeline or accounting report counts unpriced lines.
LEAK · 02

Repair quotes sent once

"We sent it. Ball's in their court."

Why your reports don't show itThe quote shows as pending forever. Nothing tells a live quote from a dead one.
LEAK · 03

Inspection customers who didn't renew

"They must have gone with someone cheaper."

Why your reports don't show itField software shows scheduled inspections, not the ones that never got scheduled. A lapsed customer is an absent record.
LEAK · 04

The owner gets an order notice

"They'll call us when the fire marshal makes them."

Why your reports don't show itThe order goes to the building owner, not to you. Whoever is in front of the owner that week gets the job.
Check it yourself

Four checks from your field software and billing. No call, nothing to send us.

The full 6-point self-audit →

  1. Deficient reports from the last 90 days vs. repair quotes created for those sites: the share quoted.
  2. Repair quotes pending more than 30 days: count, value, and how many follow-ups each got.
  3. Customers billed 13 to 24 months ago with nothing in the last 12: their total annual spend.
  4. Deficient reports older than 60 days with no quote approved: these owners are the most likely to get an AHJ visit next.

Write the number next to each. If two or more surprise you, bring them to the review.

Read the numbers rolling out

One page a week: answered, followed up, held, signed. The page itself is being built now.

These times are our target, not a promise. We confirm yours on the review.

Nothing filed with the AHJ by Freedom. We work from an export of your inspection and quote data; your reports, filings and software stay as they are.

Pipeline review

Bring last quarter's deficiency reports. We'll count them with you.

A 30-minute look at your own numbers. If there's nothing worth fixing, we'll say so and end early.
