Freedom Independent Sales
For dental laboratories

Doctors rarely announce a lab switch. They just send less.

Picture the first of the month: a short list of doctors whose case counts dipped, each with a friendly note already out from your lab, and new doctors' trial cases followed up while they still remember your work.

01

What do you actually do for a lab?

We find the doctors who stopped or slowed down, the new doctors whose trial cases didn't become regular work, and the practices that changed owners. Then we reach out in your lab's name, with wording you approve, and send every reply straight to you. Outreach to new doctors comes later.

02

Do you touch patient information?

No. We work from doctor accounts and invoice dates only. We never ask for patient names, case contents, prescriptions or images.

03

Who's behind this, and why labs?

Freedom Independent Sales is based in Denver and run by Phil Gilliam. Labs fit how we work: doctors who already know your work, and a quiet drop in cases that no report flags. We have no lab client results yet and won't invent any.

Where it leaks

Four ways doctor accounts drift

Quality is why doctors still send. These are the ones who drifted off without saying why.

LEAK · 01

Doctors who stopped sending

"Dr. X just stopped sending."

Why your lab software doesn't show itLab software records cases received. A doctor who stops isn't an event; they just stop appearing.
LEAK · 02

Share drift

"He still sends some."

Why your lab software doesn't show itThe account shows as active. Nobody compares a doctor's monthly volume to last year's, and the rest of the work went to another lab.
LEAK · 03

Trial cases that didn't stick

"They sent a couple of trial cases."

Why your lab software doesn't show itThe trial got delivered and paid. Nobody owns the call after delivery, and the front desk defaults back to the old lab.
LEAK · 04

Practices that changed owners

"The practice got sold."

Why your lab software doesn't show itIt's a new decision-maker on an old account. The new owner may never have met you, and nobody re-introduces the lab.

  1. Doctors billed in the prior 12 to 24 months with no invoice in the last 90 days: count them and sum their prior-year billing.
  2. Your top 30 doctors: this year's monthly average vs. last year's. Flag anyone down 30% or more.
  3. New doctors in the last 18 months: how many sent one or two cases and none since?
  4. Accounts that changed ownership in the last two years: has anyone introduced the lab to the new owner?
