These terms cover your use of freedomindependentsales.com, our chat assistant, our review calls and our text-message program. By using the site you agree to them. Services we provide to clients are governed by a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Text message program

• Program: Freedom Independent Sales appointment and follow-up messages.
• How you join: by ticking the text-message box on our review form and giving your mobile number.
• What we send: appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling messages and replies to your request. No promotions.
• Frequency: varies, usually a few messages per appointment.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply, per your mobile plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time. You'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed. Reply START to rejoin.
• Help: reply HELP, email phil@freedomindependentsales.com or call (720) 743-7660.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
• See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your number. We never share mobile numbers or text consent with third parties for marketing.

Review calls

A pipeline review is a conversation, not advice you should rely on without your own judgment. Estimates we share (including the Revenue Lost Report) are based on the numbers you give us and stated assumptions; they are not promises of results. Calls may be recorded and transcribed with your agreement, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Chat assistant

The chat assistant on this site uses automated tools to answer questions about our services. It can make mistakes. Don't share passwords, payment details or confidential customer data in the chat. Anything it says about pricing, timing or results is not an offer; only a signed agreement is.

Use of the site

Don't misuse the site: no scraping at volume, no attempts to break or overload it, no submitting other people's information without their permission. The content, design, tools and the Freedom Independent Sales name and logo belong to us; you may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.

No warranty; limit of liability

The site and its free tools are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, the chat assistant or the free tools. Our total liability for anything arising from the site is limited to one hundred dollars.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Colorado law governs these terms, and courts in Denver County, Colorado have jurisdiction.
