A riser for your pipeline.
Each zone has one job and a status you can see. Freedom owns and runs the machine; your company keeps its name, its customers and every contact who engages.
Signals
Find the businesses and people with a reason to buy now.
- Business owners, multi-site operators, facility and property managers, and the GCs and architects on new builds, in your service area
- Why-now triggers where public data exists: a new business or location opens, a building changes hands, a new tenant moves in, a facility role changes hands, a public bid posts
- Your current customers, competitors you name and anyone who opted out are filtered out first
Outreach
Email, mail and phone, all in your company's name.
- Email from your rep's name on separate domains we set up and warm for 3 to 4 weeks, never your main email. You approve every message
- Letters and postcards timed with the emails, often triggered by a signal like a new building owner (add-on)
- Phone: a person calls engaged prospects from a local number in your name. No robocalls, no AI cold calls
Every response
Nothing that comes in goes unanswered.
- Email replies read and sorted the same business day: interested, not now, wrong person, stop. Opt-outs honored everywhere
- Your website chat answers questions and books visits, day or night (add-on)
- Calls your team can't take are answered by an AI receptionist that says it's an AI and books the callback (rolling out)
Call list
A short list your rep can actually call.
- Only people who engaged, with what they said and why they were picked
- A person makes every call. No robocalls, no AI cold calls, no cold texts
- Add-on: we run the calling too, if you don't have the hands (rolling out)
Booking & follow-up
Meetings that happen, and follow-up that doesn't slip.
- A booking link on your calendar, confirmation, reminders the day before and the hour before, one-click reschedule
- A short research brief on the company before the call
- After the call, Sales Jr writes the summary, sets the tasks and drafts the follow-up for your rep to approve (rolling out)
Weekly report
The same numbers we see, every week.
- Sent, replies, interested, booked, held, and what it cost per held meeting
- One or two changes for next week, with the reason written down
*Runs today in the rig Freedom built and runs for Invoisync, a medical billing company where our founder also leads partnerships. For your company the same stages are built on your market, your offer and your name. The call list is worked by your rep.
Turn on more channels when you're ready.
Each one plugs into the same rig, the same contacts and the same weekly report, so a letter, a chat and a phone call all land on one record your rep can see.
Direct mail
Land on their desk, not just in their inbox.
- Letters and postcards to the same buyers the emails reach, timed so each backs up the other
- Sent for a reason: a new owner, a new location, a building sale
- A second way in for the buyers who never open cold email
Calling desk
Your rep picks up the phone ready to sell.
- A local number in your company's name and a queue of people who already engaged
- One click logs every call, so no conversation falls through the cracks
- Short on hands? We can run the calling too (rolling out)
Win-zone targeting
Every job you close points the rig at the next ones.
- Each win finds the lookalike businesses around it: same kind, same area, similar size
- They go to the front of the line with "we just finished a project near you"
- Your best jobs become your best lists, and it compounds with every close
Website chat
Turn website visitors into booked visits, day or night.
- Answers buyers' questions in seconds, in your company's voice
- Books the walkthrough or site visit right on your calendar
- Hands every conversation to your team. The chat on this site is one
AI receptionist
Never lose a buyer who calls when you can't pick up.
- Every call answered: nights, weekends, and while your team is out on a job
- Qualifies the caller and books the site visit or callback on your calendar
- Your team gets the details right away, so the follow-up happens while they're still interested
Reviews
More reviews from the customers you already have.
- A quick review request after every finished job or inspection
- Replies to new reviews drafted for your approval
- Real reviews from real customers. We never write or buy them
Sales Jr
Follow-up that happens even when your rep is slammed.
- Call notes and the CRM filled in for them after every sales call
- Every "I'll send that over" turned into a task with a date
- A follow-up email drafted in their voice, ready to send
Add-ons are built during setup or switched on later, and priced in writing with the rest of your rig. "Rolling out" means we are building it now and it is not running for anyone yet.
About 3 to 4 weeks to the first send.
Most of that is warm-up: new sending domains need weeks of gentle use before they can send to people who don't know you, or your mail lands in spam. While they warm, we agree on your target buyers and service area, pull the first lists, and write the messages for your approval.
That's our target, not a promise. Your go-live date is set in writing before you sign.
About two hours to start.
A 30-minute walkthrough, a 60-minute kickoff (your best customer types, your service area, who takes the calls, competitors and customers to exclude), and about 30 minutes approving the first messages. After that: your rep works the call list, and you read one page a week.
We run the machine. The relationships are yours.
Freedom owns and runs: the sending domains and mailboxes, the automation, the lists of people who haven't engaged, and the templates.
You own: your company name and main domain, your website, your customer data, and everyone who replies, books or buys, with the full history.
If you leave, you get a full export of your contacts and conversations. The sending domains are retired, never handed to anyone else.
You can see it working before you buy.
Freedom built and runs this rig for Invoisync, a medical billing company where our founder, Phil Gilliam, also leads partnerships. It finds practices with a reason to talk, emails them, sorts replies, feeds a human caller's list with results logged automatically, books calls with reminders, and sends a daily report.
On the walkthrough you see it running, with no client data on screen. Freedom's own outreach to integrators runs on the same rig from November.
See a sample from your market.
Book 30 minutes, by phone or video. If you fit, Phil brings ten real decision-makers in your area, each with a reason to talk now, and walks you through the rig that found them. If there's no fit, he'll say so and end early.
